DOGTEETH (demo)
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
ABOUT:
You are Dog, an unknown individual trapped in a greyscale purgatory with three other entities that visit you each night. One morning, you wake to find your bedroom door chained up tight, with locks that have no keyholes.
The only way out is through the wardens of your nightmare.
CONTENT WARNING: This game does not shy away from sensitive topics (child abuse, trauma, mental illness, self-harm, suicidal ideation) or the darkness that such subject matter entails. Please keep this in mind.
PLANNED FEATURES:
- multiple branching paths, with choices that affect each ending
- a relationship system between you and the three main characters
- five different final endings, with others scattered about the story
- dozens of CG's and new, interesting creatures to interact with
- different locations to explore within each character's "domain"
NOTES:
This demo is not representative of the final product, as multiple assets are highly subject to change once game development progresses.

how to install:
- extract "dogteeth-DEMO.zip" to your computer
- open the "dogteeth-DEMO-(pc or mac)" folder
- run the "dogteeth.exe" application
- have fun :)

I'm a bit surprised there aren't more comments on this, really enjoyed the atmosphere.
I like how the characters seem to have a bit of an "dysfunctional family" vibe, with father being well.....father. And mothra being the one who likes to make up excuses for father's "behavior" and then the "scared kid" and so on. And interesting to think about the main character being named dog, I wonder if dog being unable to get up is supposed to symbolically represent feeling tied down to a "family" they don't really like.

I love this already, really interesting premise and each of the entities are very intriguing. You've created quite an intense atmosphere in such a short space of time. I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for the full release.
